New MPMUM President

2005/2006 MPMUM cabinet have formed up but not yet announced to public. New president is Mohd Effendi Omar from Fakulti Sastera dan Sains Sosial. I will try to get the full list of cabinet. For this session, the cabinet was formed up without go through democracy procedure again. According student representative from Faculty of Law, they are allowed to change their post privately. Last year, 2004/2005 MPMUM also formed up in an almost same situation. The president, Shakirin announced himself as the president and read out the list of post without any election for president and other post.
