Aspirasi's leaflets which approved by college

These are the leaflets which released by Majlis Gabungan Mahasiswa UM （MGMUM) or so called Pro-HEP which have the chop of 12th college on it.

The students of 12th college was warned by the college authority that any leaflet without college chop is treated as "surat layang" or illegal. It mean that any leaflet which want to distribute in college must have college chop. It means that these leaflet was approved by college to distribute in 12th college.

Beside that, the contents of the leaflet was connect to campus election and distribute before nomination day. According to election rules, all of the candidate only can content in individual status, but not in team. All campus election campaign only can start after nomination day. Only campus election leaflet which printed by HEP for the candidate is legal and others are illegal. Hence, these leafelts had shown that campus election was direct interfere by university authority.
