more evidence on university authority's double standard in campus election

We have get more evidence on university authority's double standard in campus election. The newest evidence is about the election banner. UM suddenly have anounced a new rule on banner and ask us to draw it by candidates and his supporting team themselves at around 7pm of the nomination day in a candidate briefing section. This have give surprise and problem to pro-students candidate as they face problem in preparing the banner. However, we have get a photo which show that pro-HEP candidates have prepared the banner even earlier before the nomination. They have bring the banner when their troop go toward the nomination center. I will attached with the guidance distribute by HEP on the candidate briefing section. The banners prepare by Pro-HEP exactly same as the standard in guidance.
